Return Window: You have up to 15 days after receiving your item to initiate a return. For items still in our warehouse or in transit (typically within the first three days of purchase), you can request a no-questions-asked refund.
Start Your Return: Visit the Returns Center on the Pandahaul website. Fill out the form with your order number and the reason for the return. You’ll receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
Prepare Your Package: Pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure it’s well-secured to avoid damage during transit.
Shipping the Return: Return the package to the address provided in our instructions. Note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as shipping times can take up to 14 days due to our dropshipping model.
Track Your Return: Update your return with the tracking information via our Returns Center. This helps us keep track of your item and process your refund promptly.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method or as Pandahaul store credit, whichever you prefer.
